Day 1 - Home City to New York City
This morning board a regular scheduled flight to Newark, New Jersey. Upon arrival, we will board a private coach for a guided tour of "The City" as well as some free time to have lunch and explore on your own. Later today, we will check into our hotel for a one-night stay. Enjoy a Broadway show this evening. (Overnight in New Jersey)
Day 2 - Board the Norwegian Jewel - Set Sail for Boston, Massachusetts 4:30 p.m.
After a morning of free time, we will transfer to Port of New York, home of the Norwegian Jewel. Take time to explore your floating resort, relax in your cabin and join your fellow travelers for lunch by the pool. NCL offers many on board activities that are sure to make this a memorable experience. What time is dinner??? Anytime! With NCL you enjoy the freedom of Free Style Cruising. Eat when you want, where you want and with whomever you want... the choices are endless!
Day 3 - Arrive in Boston - Boston Guided Tour Included 12:30 - 8 p.m.
After a relaxing breakfast on board our ship, we will arrive into the Boston Harbor. Our included sightseeing tour will encompass the general downtown area, Beacon Hill, The Boston Gree, The Old North Church, Fanuiel Hill and much more.
Day 4 - At Sea At Sea
Today we sail to Halifax, Nova Scotia. Enjoy the many fine activities aboard the Jewel.
Day 5 - Halifax, Nova Scotia - Halifax & Peggy's Cove Guided Sights Included 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This morning we arrive into the wonderful city of Halifax. Upon arrival, board your private motorcoach for a guided city tour including the historic Citadel and the beautiful harbourfront area. Later, travel along the South Shore of Nova Scotia as we make our way to one of Canada's treasured landmarks, Peggy's Cove. Lunch will be included for you at the famous Sou Wester Restaurant and free time is ample to explore this picturesque community. Later, return to our ship and set sail for Quebec City.
Day 6 - Cruising the Cabot Strait adn the Gulf of The Saint Lawrence At Sea
Today is ours to enjoy as we make our way to the west coast of Nova Scotia. This is our DAY AT SEA, and NCL has many activities planned for us. Enjoy!
Day 7 - Quebec City - Guided Sights 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
What a day to remember as we explore one of the oldest cities in North America, Quebec City. Our local guide will take us to some of the most historic landmarks in the new world. Free time has been allotted for you to explore, shop and eat. Later we will travel along the Beaupre Coast in order to visit... and witness, the wonders of Saint Ann de Beaupre. Later, return to the city and enjoy.
Day 8 - Cruising the Saguenay At Sea
The Saguenay River offers some of the most beautiful fjords in North America. Our ship will leave the waters of the Saint Lawrence and head north through these outstanding fjords. Wildlife is abundant and scenery is getting better all the time.
Day 9 - Prince Edward Island - Charlottetown 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Today's island sightseeing will include many highlights of the scenic countryside of Canada's smallest province, Prince Edward Island. Visit the island's primier fishing port of North Rustico, the sandy beaches of Cavendish, Charlottetown, and, of course, the ledendary home of Anne of Green Gables.
Day 10 - Sydney, Nova Scotia - Baddeck Guided Sights Included 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
This morning we will once again board a private coach as we head east onto Cape Breton Island, and to Baddeck and Alexander Graham Bell Museum, where we will reboard the Jewel and continue this unbelievable journey.
Day 11 - At Sea At Sea
Today we will continue our cruise journey and enjoy the many fine activities aboard our floating resort as we make our way back to New York.
Day 12 - Arrive in New York City 7 a.m.
After clearing customs, we will transfer back to Newark for our flight home along with great memories of the adventure through New England and Eastern Canada.
