Senior DeAnna Anderson (Bluffton/Cory-Rawson HS) has been selected to play in the 2000 Ohio Collegiate Soccer Association Women's Soccer All-Star Game to be held April 15th at Ohio Wesleyan University (changed from Crew Stadium). Anderson was a third-team OCSA pick following the 1999 season.
Anderson was a first-team All-Heartland Conference selection in 1999 and was third in the HCAC in points with 23. She tied a school record for goals in a game with five and broke the record for points in a game with 11. Anderson scored 17 goals and had four assists in her career at BC while playing in 54 games. She was an HCAC honorable mention pick her junior year.
Anderson co-captained the team her senior year for Head Coach Rick fee as Bluffton set the school wins record with an 8-9 overall record.
DeAnna, an Elementary Education major, is the daughter of Harvey and Lois Dee Anderson of Bluffton.
