The Bluffton Artist Series brings to the campus each year a number of outstanding concert artists and ensemble groups. Season tickets are available Aug. 1 by contacting the university box office at boxoffice@bluffton.edu. The following events are scheduled for the 2008-09 academic year:

Sept. 11, 2008 - Toledo Sympony Orchestra
- The Toledo Symphony (TSO) is celebrating 65 continuous seasons of excellence in performance. Unique to the TSO way is a strong commitment to taking the orchestra to the people - through churches, schools and regional venues like universities and community concert organizations.
Oct. 16, 2008 - Adaskin String Trio
- Adaskin String Trio will perform with guest soloist Thomas Gallant, one of the world's few virtuoso performers on the oboe.
Nov. 6, 2008 - Zagreb Saxophone Quartet
- The Zagreb Saxophone Quartet has played with critical acclaim to enthusiastic audiences throughout the world. They will play with guest soloist Eugene Rousseau, saxophone, one of the leading saxophone players and pedagogues in the world today.
Jan. 15, 2009 - Santa Fe Guitar Quartet
- Based in Santa Fe, Argentina, this innovative group is strongly committed to the performance of Latin American music.
March 12, 2009 - Alexander Ghindin, pianist
- Russian pianist Alexander Ghindin won the Moscow Young Pianists' Competition at the age of 13 and one year later, in 1994, became the youngest-ever winner of the 10th International Tchaikovsky Competition.
March 26, 2009 - Quelque Chose
- Quelque Chose is an ensemble dedicated to performing familiar works for violin, horn and piano while also exploring the unfamiliar arrangements by American composers.
Season ticket prices are $75 for adults, $65 for senior citizens and students. A family pass is available for $50 with purchase of an adult season ticket, and admits all children in the family, ages 6-18.
Individual event prices are $24 for adults, $18 for senior citizens and students, $14 for Bluffton faculty/staff, no charge for Bluffton students.
