Graphic design major/minor
Graphic design students develop skills using the latest software programs and apply
learned knowledge through real world projects and assignments. Our program offers
smaller class sizes, internships and professional portfolio-building support to prepare
students for vocation.
The graphic design minor complements the traditional art major as well as several other majors on Bluffton's campus, including communication and business. After a year of basic studies in drawing and design, the graphic arts minor introduces in the sophomore year study of desktop publishing, photo manipulation, computer illustration, typography, Internet design, corporate identification and advanced studies in computer graphic design.
