I joined the Bluffton adult and graduate studies team in November of 2008 after retiring from a 33 year career in public education. I taught high school French and speech communication for 19 years. The following 14 years I served as a junior high and high school principal.
Education has always been my passion. Joining the AGS staff at Bluffton University afforded me the opportunity to continue to work with educators who seek to take the next step to achieve their educational goals.
In addition to my duties as an adult graduate representative I also work in the education department where I coordinate field placements for education majors. I have also served as an adjunct instructor.
I have been married to my husband, John, for 28 years. We have a son, age 22 and a daughter, age 21. In my spare time I love to cook, read and travel.
