Bluffton University's Human Resource Management program (HRM) is an accelerated bachelor's degree completion program that emphasizes interactive, experiential learning with a curriculum designed to help students develop the knowledge, skills and compassion that will contribute to their leadership roles within an organization.
Our Human Resource Management degree program has been reviewed by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and recognized as aligning with the SHRM Human Resource Curriculum Guidebook and Templates for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs.
This program is designed for the working adult who is involved in the human resource function of a company or organization. An individual who has received some professional or academic training in human resource management and who desires to achieve a bachelor degree in this specialized area of business may be considered for admission following an interview with program faculty.
- Classes one night a week
- Degree completion in as few as four semesters
- Individualized academic advising throughout the program
- Learn from human resource professionals who have advanced knowledge and experience in the course content they teach.
