Online hybrid degree completion

Online hybrid BCOMP

The online hybrid degree completion program for working adults is an intensive, accelerated degree-completion program that blends the flexibility of online learning with face-to-face learning. In this program, qualified students currently working in business, industry, health and public service sectors can complete their degree in as few as four semesters.

Up to 20 students form a cohort and work through the program together. The program relies less on traditional lectures and more on the challenge of group interaction, role playing and simulation.

In the online hybrid program, the cohort will meet three Saturday's per semester, gather weekly for a synchronous online session and participate in a weekly asynchronous Community Forum.

As in the on-site program, students who complete the online hybrid degree completion program demonstrate a commitment to personal development and professional advancement and prove their readiness to take on new levels of responsibility in the workplace.

A major in organizational management will prepare students to deal effectively with people, further develop their abilities in critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving; and increases their understanding of ethics, particularly as it relates to their employment in business, non-profit or health care. Students will enhance their written and oral communication skills, as well as increase their self confidence in the workplace and in other areas of involvement.
