Explore Academics@Bluffton

An admissions visit focused on your desired field of study
So you’ve got a pretty good idea what you want to study, maybe even know exactly what you want to major in? We have just the campus visit event for you.

Explore Academics@Bluffton!

Special visit dates this fall will focus on selected academic majors of study at Bluffton. The schedule of the day will be unique to each. You will not only visit with faculty and students from your academic interest, but also attend a class or participate in a department-specific activity. Activities may include attending a theatre dress rehearsal, participating in a monthly mathematics seminar or viewing the current art gallery exhibit.

We invite you to extend your visit by spending the night on campus before or after the event. This experience will allow you to get a better feel for the campus through hanging out with current students, attending an MCB campus activity, and eating meals in Bob's Place or the Commons.

Rachel Harris '12 Rachel Harris '12 What I appreciate most about my professors is that they are always willing to talk and work with you if you have questions about anything in regards to a class, exam, your major or life in general. Preston P Huddleston '13 Preston P Huddleston '13 I appreciate that my professors are able to explain everything in depth and if there is something that I do not understand, I can have one on one contact with them. Olivia Trumble ‘14 Olivia Trumble ‘14 The classes have a good balance of lecture, hands-on projects and also one-on-one time with Dr. Nerad. Although some projects can be big and take time, the work that has to be done is never boring and the atmosphere of the classes is always positive.
