Bluffton students enjoy a wide range of interests, passions and goals. Meet a few of our students below.

Kristen
Kristen Shelly, a junior from Penfield, N.Y., has found her niche on campus in working towards environmental awareness and is currently working on a committee to implement a recycling program.
John Mark
John Mark Stratford, a senior from Pandora, Ohio,  found that by becoming more involved in activities on campus, including BASIC (Brothers and Sisters in Christ,) he was able to connect with more people and feel more at home at Bluffton.
Yonathan
Yonathan Setiawan, a junior from Indonesia, is certainly enjoying his time at Bluffton and sees the advantages of being an international student.

Jordan Zickafoose, a 2008 graduate from Lima, Ohio, managed two musicians and organized weekly live concerts during a semester-long internship in the music industry in Martha's Vineyard, Mass.

Tyler
Tyler Chapman, 2008 graduate art major/graphic design minor from Shreve, Ohio, feels that the relaxed and trusting atmosphere makes Bluffton a special place to be. The honor system has made Tyler feel as though he is a trusted adult in the academic community.
Sam

Sam McCullough, a 2008 graduate business administration major from Bluffton, Ohio, has been part of the football team’s defensive squad since his first year at Bluffton. Sam describes football as his hobby, his spare-time activity and what has made his college experience so rewarding.

Christy Rupp

Christy Rupp, a junior biology major and honors student from Wauseon, Ohio, keeps extremely with Habitat for Humanity, Concert Band, Flute Ensemble and worship dance team. She finds the extracurricular activities serve to give her academic life a healthy balance.

Tiffany Carnes

Tiffany Carnes, a senior dietetics major from Troy, Ohio, enjoys events planned by Marbeck Center Board (MCB), such as bi-weekly Bingo nights where students win useful prizes like detergent and Ramen noodles and the the Family Consumer Science Association dinner to raise money for a local food pantry.
