To be considered for regular admission to Bluffton University as an undergraduate student, you must have two of the following three:
- Test scores: 19 ACT or 920 SAT (at this time we do not require the writing portion for either standardized test; SAT score is a combination of the critical reading and math sections)
- Grade Point Average: 2.3 grade GPA (4.0 scale)
- Class rank: top 50 percent of your class
Transfer students
Transfer students should have a minimum college grade point average of 2.0 to be considered for admission. Bluffton also has agreements with area two-year colleges that let you use your associate’s degree toward a baccalaureate degree in accounting, business administration, criminal justice, dietetics, social work, sociology and early childhood education.
