The university employs approximately 100 students to work on campus during the summer months. Any traditional undergraduate student attending Bluffton University may apply for summer employment.

To be considered for campus employment, students must submit a summer application. Applications are available at Marbeck desk and the financial aid office. Students interested in working in a certain area on campus should contact that supervisor to let them know of their interest.

Students who return to the same department the following summer may be eligible for an increase in pay. Paychecks are issued on the 15th of each month for time worked the previous month.
