Why I chose Bluffton University:

I chose Bluffton because of its community of Respect. I couldn't imagine a better learning environment than one in which members of the community care about and trust each other. When I came for a visit, I was very impressed by how friendly and welcoming it all was.

My wife and I chose to come back to work at Bluffton for a variety of reasons. For me though, as a Mennonite student at Bluffton, I was really able to explore my faith in depth. That exploration led me to join Mennonite Central Committee (MCC) and go to Bangladesh for four years - which is not something I would have dreamed I would ever do! I have had a wealth of experiences thanks to Bluffton and I'm really passionate about passing that forward to others so they can leave their mark on the world around them.
