Human Resource Management

At Bluffton University, we respect your needs as an adult student by making it as easy as possible for you to complete your degree while keeping up with other commitments, such as family, church, career and community activities.

We believe that the best learning takes place in a community setting, because there is immeasurable benefit in interactive learning experiences such as engaging your professor with thoughtful questions in class, listening and responding to the ideas of your classmates during a study break, and sharing work stories with your classmates.

Human Resource Management
Bluffton University's Human Resource Management Program (HRM) is an accelerated degree completion program that emphasizes interactive, experiential learning with a curriculum designed to help students develop the knowledge, skills and compassion that will contribute to their leadership roles within an organization.

This program is designed for the working adult who is involved in the human resource function of an organization or who has received some professional or academic training in human resource management and who desires to achieve a bachelor degree in this specialized area of business.

Building on more than 14 years of success in offering cohort-based undergraduate and graduate programs, the Bluffton human resource management degree program allows students to learn from professionals in the areas of human resource management, finance, business, technology and communication.

The HRM program allows students to earn a degree in as few as four semesters, attending class just one night a week. The HRM program is offered on the Bluffton University campus.
