Head Men's & Women's Cross Country and Track & Field Coach

Full-Time/12 Month Contract

QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree is preferred.
Bluffton University is affiliated with NCAA Division III and the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Included but not limited to all aspects of planning, managing, maintaining, a successful cross-country and track and field program and staff. This includes recruiting, retaining, scheduling , budget management; possible teaching responsibilities in HPER.

COMPENSATION
Commensurate with education and experience within the university pay scale.
