Full-Time/10 Month Contract
Qualifications: Master’s degree required; * must have NATABOC Certification for at least two (2) years. Licensed as an athletic trainer in the State of Ohio or obtain license by starting date. American Red Cross Instructor in First Aid, CPR and AED preferred.
*Preference given for experience as an athletic trainer in a collegiate setting. Bluffton University is affiliated with NCAA Division III and the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference.
Responsibilities: The Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist in all aspects of the Athletic Training Department as assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer involving sixteen (16) intercollegiate sports. Additional duties could include general administrative responsibilities and/or teaching for the HPER Department. Extensive evening and weekend hours are required.
Compensation: Commensurate with education and experience within the university pay scale.
