QUALIFICATIONS:
Bluffton University seeks a full-time Campus Visit Coordinator for the Office of Admissions. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated person with outstanding organizational and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordination and development of all aspects of Admissions campus visit program; scheduling and tracking daily campus visits; communicating with students and families prior to and after campus visits; provide departmental leadership and oversight for open house visitation days; supervise student interns; leadership for campus tour guide program; meeting with prospective students and families during visits; occasional coverage and travel for admissions counselors; other admissions responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Admissions. Frequent evening and weekend hours are required. This position is available for an early summer start date.
