Calvary Missionary Baptist Church

Russell Benton Bingham
1916 (website says 1921)

This three-story brick church was designed by African American architect, Russell Benton Binham, who was also a member of this church. Sit-in campaigns in the late 1950s were organized from this chuch and its members and activities are credited with advancing the desegregation movement in Oklahoma.
