The tower is a simple rectangular form but with contrasting facades. The north and south facades are contextual--in red brick like adjacent buildings, while the east and west facades have light grey precast panels with dark grey metal accents. This structure is less playful, less obviously post-modern than many buildings by Venturi Scott Brown. The connection with existing buildings is a common post-modern trait and perhaps the striking paned windows are a post-modern variant of the glass curtain wall--here a more vernacular, old-fashioned glass wall.
