Visitors' Center, ARCAM (Amsterdam Centre for Architecture)

R. H. Van Zuuk
2003

Established in 1986, this organization aims to acquaint a broader public with architectural issues and developments in Amsterdam as well as with urban design and landscape architecture. This Centre sponsors exhibitions, lectures, excursions, debates and annual events such as the Amsterdam Day of Architecture. Though small, this striking Visitors' Center in a central location provides compelling notice for its purpose.
