Foot bridge

G. Gillet
1973

Le Havre, an important seaport, had been bombed more than one hundred times and lost most of its housing during World War Two. Auguste Perret, Oscar Niemeyer, and others were involved in the reconstruction of this city. This beautiful footbridge spans the Bassin du Commerce.
