Spiller House

Frank Gehry
1980

The "house" is in reality two--a two-story rental apartment in the front and the four-story owner's residence at the rear. Both are sheathed in corrugated metal siding. Roofs include solar panels and angled skylights.

Other works by Gehry on this site include: California Aerospace Museum, Edgemar Mall, Frances Howard Goldwyn Regional Branch Library, Indiana Avenue Houses, Loyola Law School, Norton House, University of Toledo Art Building, and Vontz Center for Molecular Studies.
