Nave walls

Walls of patterns of glass dominate but more traditional narrative panels are centered in the bays as well, ten of which illustrate scenes in the life of the Virgin Mary. These central scenes were designed by Maurice Denis and executed by Marguérite Huré.

One of the panels (not pictured) depicts the World War One victory at l'Ourcq-Marne in 1914 under the protection of the Virgin.
