An asymmetrical facade

Although this hotel has the three-part facade, associated with Art Deco architecture, the design is asymmetrical. The wonderful tower has a semicircular eyebrow and in the recessed ares, neon lighting is added. It's really quirky that the one eyebrow on the left turns the corner whereas there are no eyebrows on the right bay, just as the relief horizontal band at the top is also discontinuous.
