Leslie Hotel

Albert Anis
1937
1244 Ocean Drive

The top two stories of this three-story hotel are extended out slightly over the porch and supported by heavy rectangular piers. It has the tripartite facade so common in Art Deco buildings with extended vertical fluting and bowed windows as decorative devices on the central bay. The eyebrows which wrap around the building are also typical.
