Harrod's Department Store

Stevens and Munt
1901-05

This department store's motto, “Everything for Everyone Everywhere” essentially demands an enormous store. This store in Knightsbridge (there are numerous stores elsewhere) has six floors and occupies an entire city block. The exterior is faced with red terracotta tiles. See this site for the history of Harrod's.
