The front facade
Toward the end of his career Sullivan designed several modest banks in the Midwest. Like the Auditorium building in Chicago and the National Farmer's Bank, this bank in Sidney also uses the arch as an element of the design.

The side facade
The structure is a simple geometric block (or cube). Even on this small scale, it still has the sense of a podium or base (the black marble) and a modified cornice--elements characterizing his skyscrapers.
